This article sounds like it was written by someone trying to promote the bank. While the facts may be correct, there are many opinions interjected into the article. For example:
1) The whole section of “110 Years of Banking” - The title itself is a promotion and the section just lists famous people that attended the celebration. Perhaps instead there should be a separate section for "Notable Affiliates"
2) "The indigenous banking was largely in the hands of a few rich private individuals and something had to be done to provide relief to the common man from the clutches of the money lenders who held full sway". This is opinionated and if true can be stated more neutraly.
3) "They rightly defined Swadeshism as institution-building to aid economic activity through co-operation of all, shorn of distinction of caste and creed". This is an opinion
4) "Started as a common man's bank, it changed with the times to meet the aspirations of the people but never swerved from its motto- Sarve Janah Sukhino Bhavantu meaning Prosperity for All.
