The text of the article is fairly close to the text of thepictured sign from theEagle. If I wasn't so busy I'd do some rewriting to avoid accusations of plagiarism. Can someone else maybe step up to the plate?

I don't know which is the chicken and which the egg, butthis page has roughly the same diagram showing how to tiebaggywrinkle as the one that appears on the Eagle's plaque, albeit with a different text. There are also photos of people tying it.
