Erm, I think we can ignore that erroneous, wonderfully spelt 'acidic' comment above! I think the 'trigonal prismatic' comment should be clarified - I don't have my copy of Greenwood & Earnshaw with me, so I can't see how on earth the gaseous compound attains a trigonal prismatic structure. Perhaps a dimer with two bridging Cl? Whatever it is, it'd be nice if it were clarified!Nessa Carson (talk)18:39, 2 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I hate to do this, but I have to question the credibility of some of the references in this article. references from 6 to 16 are from biochemistry/ pharmacology journals from the year 1975. I unfortunately can not access the full text to be sure but judging from the titles the articles have little to nothing to do with antimony pentachloride. --MiPe (talk)10:33, 25 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
