Suimenkul Chokmorov[a] (9 November 1939 – 26 September 1992)[1] was aKyrgyzfilm actor born inChong-Tash village,Kirghiz SSR (nowKyrgyzstan).[2][3][4] In 1964 he graduated from theLeningrad Academy of Arts and later taughtpainting andcomposition at the Arts School ofFrunze. In 1977 he was a member of the jury at the10th Moscow International Film Festival.[5]
