The 2007Slammiversary (sometimes stylized asSlammiVersary) was aprofessional wrestlingpay-per-view (PPV)event produced byTotal Nonstop Action Wrestling, which took place on June 17, 2007, at theNashville Municipal Auditorium inNashville, Tennessee.[3] It was the third event under theSlammiversary chronology and marked the fifth anniversary of the promotion. Tenprofessional wrestling matches were featured on the event'scard.

Prior to themain event,Jeff Jarrett held ashoot interview where he discussed the recent death of his wife Jill,[3] who died on May 23, 2007, ofbreast cancer.[4][5] Jarrett discussed how she influenced the company during the "early days" followed by saying he doesn't know when or where he'll wrestle again.[3] Jarrett then concluded by thanking the fans for their support on his and his wife's behalf.[3] The fans responded by chanting Jill's name as well as "Thank you Jeff".[3]
