Simeone de Summis,O.F.M. orSimon Suma (died 1672) was anAlbanian[1] Roman Catholic prelate who served asBishop of Sapë (1647–1672).[2][3][4][5]
Born inKrujë, Suma was ordained a priest in theOrder of Friars Minor.[3]On 27 May 1647, he was appointed during the papacy ofPope Innocent X asBishop of Sapë.[2][3]On 2 June 1647, he wasconsecrated bishop byPier Luigi Carafa,Cardinal-Priest ofSanti Silvestro e Martino ai Monti, withRanuccio Scotti Douglas,Bishop of Borgo San Donnino, andAlessandro Vittrici,Bishop of Alatri, serving asco-consecrators.[3] He served as Bishop of Sapë until his death in December 1672.[2][3]
While bishop, he was theprincipal co-consecrator of Ivan Antun Zboronac,Bishop of Kotor (1656).[3]
