Sharon Renee Couch-Jewell (born September 13, 1967, inRichmond, Virginia) is an Americantrack and field athlete who specialized in thelong jump andsprint hurdles originating inAmelia, a small county in Virginia.[2] She represented her country at the1992 and2000 Summer Olympics as well as one indoor and three outdoor World Championships.
