Sanadhya Brahmin

Sanadhya Brahmin (also spelled as Sanadh , Sanah, Sanidyaor Sandhya) is an endogamous sub-caste ofBrahmins.[1] Their main concentration is in westernUttar Pradesh,Rajasthan,Delhi andMadhya Pradesh area of India.[2] The Hindi poetKeshabdasa Mishra was a Sanadhya, and praised his community in his book "Ramchandra Chandrika".[3] Though an endogamous community but in some cases they intermarry withGaurs.[2][4]
