Saint-Bonaventure (French pronunciation:[sɛ̃bɔnavɑ̃tyʁ]) is a municipality in theDrummond Regional County Municipality of southwesternQuebec. The population as of theCanada 2021 Census was 1,066. It lies at the eastern terminus ofQuebec Route 224, northeast ofSaint-Guillaume.
In the2021 Census of Population conducted byStatistics Canada, Saint-Bonaventure had a population of1,066 living in429 of its457 total private dwellings, a change of3.4% from its 2016 population of1,031. With a land area of 78.72 km2 (30.39 sq mi), it had a population density of13.5/km2 (35.1/sq mi) in 2021.[5]
