Søre Herefoss is a village inBirkenes municipality inAgder county,Norway. The village is located on the southeastern shore of the lakeHerefossfjorden, at the junction of theNorwegian National Road 41 and theNorwegian County Road 404. The village ofHerefoss lies about 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) to the north, the village ofSennumstad lies about 5.5 kilometres (3.4 mi) to the south, and the town ofGrimstad lies about 30 kilometres (19 mi) to the southeast.
