Robert Bruce Elliott is an American actor, director and scriptwriter. He provided voices for a number of English versions of Japaneseanime series; one of his most notable roles wasRichard Moore in the detective seriesCase Closed.[1] He also appeared on television and on film for a variety of shows and movies fromBarney & Friends toJFK toFinding North. He is also the current voice ofGinyu, replacingBrice Armstrong in the Funimation dub of theDragon Ball series.
