Robert Frederick Globke (born October 24, 1982) is an American former professionalice hockey player.

Biography

Globke was born inFarmington, Michigan, but grew up inWest Bloomfield Township, Michigan.[citation needed] As a youth, he played in the 1996Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with the Detroit Compuwareminor ice hockey team.[1]

Globke graduated from theUniversity of Notre Dame and fromSouthfield Christian School.[2] He was named as an All-Central Collegiate Hockey Associationsecond team al-star in the2003–04 season.[citation needed]

Globke played in theNational Hockey League with theFlorida Panthers with whom he was drafted 40th overall in the2002 NHL Entry Draft.[citation needed] He last played for theSheffield Steelers of theElite Ice Hockey League.[citation needed]
