Robert "Bobby" Evans (born 14 April 1992) is aWelsh internationalrugby union player. He plays atprop for theMiami Sharks ofMajor League Rugby (MLR). He previously play for theDragons.

Rugby career

Evans made hisregional debut for theScarlets during the2012–13 season, coming on as a substitute againstSale Sharks in theLV Cup. He had previously played forCarmarthen Quins in theWelsh Premier Division. After stints atScarlets and Dragons, Evans signed with theMiami Sharks ofMajor League Rugby.

International

Evans has been aWales Under-20s international, and helped the team reach third place in the2012 IRB Junior World Championship in South Africa, playing in the front row alongside fellow ScarletsKirby Myhill andSamson Lee.

In November 2013, Evans was called into the senior Wales squad for theAutumn international matches.[1]

On 20 January 2015, Evans was named in the 34-manWales squad for the2015 Six Nations Championship,[2] making his debut as a half time replacement in the win against Ireland.
