Rajendra Kishore Panda (born 1944) is an IndianOdia language poet and novelist.

He has published sixteen poetry collections. He was awarded theGangadhar National Award in 2010, and theSahitya Akademi Award in 1985.^[1] He received theKuvempu Rashtriya Puraskar for 2020.^[2]

Panda was born on 24 June 1944 in Natasha, a villageSambalpur district ofOdisha state. He earned aMaster of Arts degree from theUniversity of Allahabad.^[3][1]

Panda's first collection of poems,Gaun Devata ( Minor Gods ), was published in 1947.^[4]

In 2004, Panda was awarded a D.Lit. bySambalpur University. He was awarded theGangadhar National Award in 2010, and theSahitya Akademi Award in 1985 for his bookShailakalpa.^[1][5]
