Rómulo Alberto Roux Moses (born 8 January 1965) is aPanamanian politician, lawyer, and businessman chairman of the partyDemocratic Change since January 2018.[1] He was the party's candidate for the2019 general election. He ran again in the2024 general election, and received 11.38% of the total vote.[2][3]
He has served as theMinister of External Affairs andMinister of Panama Canal Affairs
