Qasim Khan (Mir Bahr)

Qasim Khan (Persian: قاسم خان, pronounced[qɒːsiːm xɒːn]) was the Mir Bahr (Admiral) of theMughal Empire during the reign ofAkbar. He played a major role in theconquest of Kashmir and served as theFaujdar ofKashmir from 1586 until 1588.[1][2][3]
