The right and left[citation needed]paratracheal lymph nodes (orparatracheal chains[citation needed]) arelymph nodes in the neck[1] situated lateral to the trachea andesophagus alongside therecurrent laryngeal nerve. They drain to thedeep cervical lymph nodes.[2]
