Parasat Cable Television (stylized upper case asPARASAT with asatellite dish icon) is aPhilippinecable television operator billed asMindanao's onlydigital television system andfiber broadband internet provider.[1] It is based inCagayan de Oro and started as anelectronic retail store and repair shop established by Elpidio Paras.[2][3] It was known as Paras Industrial Systems.
