Okapilco Creek is a 63-mile-long (101 km)[1] tributary of theWithlacoochee River in theU.S. state ofGeorgia. Via the Withlacoochee and theSuwannee River, the waters of Okapilco Creek flow to theGulf of Mexico.
The creek rises in southernWorth County atAnderson City and flows southeast throughColquitt andBrooks counties to join the Withlacoochee 6 miles (10 km) southeast ofQuitman.
