Novion was anAustralian Real Estate Investment Trust which invested in shopping centres acrossAustralia.
It was listed on theAustralian Securities Exchange in October 1994 byJohn Gandel under the name Gandel Retail Trust' with six retail assets.[1] It was managed byColonial First State, based inSydney, under the name CFS Retail Property Trust until 2013, when it separated.[2] It was renamed Novion in November 2014.[3][4]
Novion merged withFederation Limited in June 2015, to become Vicinity Centres.[5][6]
As at June 2015, Novion owned had shareholdings in 36 shopping centres.[7][8]
