In mathematics, anonabelian cohomology is anycohomology with coefficients in anonabelian group, asheaf of nonabelian groups or even in atopological space.
Ifhomology is thought of as theabelianization ofhomotopy (cf.Hurewicz theorem), then the nonabelian cohomology may be thought of as a dual ofhomotopy groups.
