Nick Hatton (born 17 January 2003) is a South Africanrugby union player for theSharks in theCurrie Cup.[1][2] His regular position is flanker or number eight.
Hatton was a mid-season addition to theSharks side for the2022 Currie Cup Premier Division.[3] He made hisCurrie Cup debut for the Sharks against theFree State Cheetahs in Round 11 of the2022 Currie Cup Premier Division.[4]
Hatton made hisUnited Rugby Championship debut on 19 April 2024, starting againstGlasgow Warriors.[5]
He attendedHilton College, where he captained their First XV rugby side.[6][7] Additionally, he served as the school's Head of School in 2021.
Hatton was named as captain for theSharks during the2024 Currie Cup Premier Division.[8]
