New Al Hitmi (Arabic:الهتمي الجديد; also known asAl-Hitmi Al-Jadeed) is aQatari district located in themunicipality ofAd Dawhah. The name is derived from theAl-Hitmi family, which is a branch of the mainAl Bin Ali tribe.^[2] Together withFereej Bin Omran andHamad Medical City, it formsZone 37, which has a population of 26,121.^[3]

New Al Hitmi borders the following districts:^[2]
