Nanqu Subdistrict (simplified Chinese:南区街道;traditional Chinese:南區街道;pinyin:Nánqū Jiēdào;Jyutping:naam4 keoi1gaai1dou6), also known asSouth Subdistrict orSouthern Subdistrict, is asubdistrict of the city ofZhongshan, Guangdong province, China,[2] covering 48 square kilometres (19 sq mi). At the 2020 census, the subdistrict had a population of 90,270.[3] Many real estate companies and hotels have set up their businesses here, such asVanke,Wing On andAgile Property.[4]
