NGC 7081 is aspiral galaxy located about 130 millionlight-years away[2] in theconstellation ofAquarius.[3] NGC 7081 was discovered by astronomerWilliam Herschel on October 10, 1790.[4]
Onesupernova has been observed in NGC 7081: SN 2019sox (type II, mag. 18.7).[5]
