Cakfem-Mushere is anAfro-Asiatic language cluster spoken inBokkos LGA,Plateau State,Nigeria. Dialects are Kadim-Kaban and Jajura.[1]Mutual intelligibility withMwaghavul and Mupun is high.[2]

Mushere is very close toMwaghavul and Mupun.[2]

Cakfem has two varieties, namelyOuter Cakfem andInner Cakfem. Outer Cakfem is very similar to Mwaghavul, but Inner Cakfem is more divergent, as Mwaghavul speakers have trouble understanding Inner Cakfem.[2] According to Blench in 2019, the Cakfem people have thirteen villages, with Tim as the main settlement. Hausa is frequently used by the younger generation.
