Molly Hatchet is the debutstudio album by Americanrock bandMolly Hatchet. It was released on September 1, 1978, byEpic Records. The cover is a painting byFrank Frazetta entitledDeath Dealer. Starting off both the album itself and the recording career of the band, the first song famously begins with lead singerDanny Joe Brown growling "Hell yeah!"

"Dreams I'll Never See" is a cover ofThe Allman Brothers Band's song "Dreams" from theirdebut album, viaBuddy Miles's reworking of the song fromThem Changes (1970).[3]
