Miriah Meyer is an Americancomputer scientist andUSTAR professor at theUniversity of Utah. She is noted for her pioneering work indata visualization for research applications.[1] She received anAmerican Association for the Advancement of Science Mass Media Science & Engineering Fellowship in 2006 and served as a reporter forThe Chicago Tribune.[2] She was named inMIT Technology Review'sTR35 list in 2011 andFast Company's list of the 100 most creative people in 2012.[3][4] She was named a 2013TED Fellow for her work ininteractive visualization.[5]
