Mark Llandro "Dong" Latorre Mendoza (born August 29, 1973) is aFilipino politician. He is the Presidential Adviser on Legislative Affairs and head of thePresidential Legislative Liaison Office,[1] a member of the cabinet of Philippine PresidentBongbong Marcos.

Political career

A member of theNationalist People's Coalition, he previously served as theSecretary General of theHouse of Representatives of the Philippines under the speakership ofMarinduqueLone District Rep.Lord Allan Velasco.[2] He also served as a Member of the House of Representatives representing the4th District of Batangas from 2007 to 2016. He also unsuccessfully ran forgovernor of Batangas in2016 and for a comeback to the Congress as representative of the same district in2019.[3]

Personal life

He is the son ofLeandro Mendoza, a formersecretary of Transportation and Communications andchief of thePhilippine National Police.[4]
