Maria del Mar del Castillo (Spanish:[maˈɾi.aðelˈmaɾðelkasˈtiʝo]) is a Canadian television actress.

Biography

Maria del Mar played in recurring roles on series likeStreet Legal,[1]TekWar,Mercy Point,Relativity,Blue Murder,[1]Terminal City andMurdoch Mysteries.

She was married toscreenwriter Guy Mullally, who met on the set ofStreet Legal. The marriage had two children, a girl named Paloma and a boy named Gabriel.[2]

Her performance inA Touch of Grey (2009) earned her aCanadian Comedy Award in the 13th ceremony for the best female performance in a feature[3] and nominated in 2001 toGemini Award in the16th edition forbest performance by an actress in a continuing leading dramatic role forBlue Murder.[2]
