Mad Detective Di Renjie,[1] also known asAmazing Detective Di Renjie 4, is the fourth installment in a four-seasonChinese television series based ongong'andetectivestories related toDi Renjie, aTang dynasty magistrate and statesman. Written and directed by Qian Yanqiu, the series starredLiang Guanhua as the titular protagonist, and was first broadcast onCCTV-8 in 2010, two years after the third season.
