With a land area of 0.85 km2 (0.33 sq mi), it had a population density of100.0/km2 (259.0/sq mi) in 2016.[2]
Lower Lance Cove is a local service district (LSD)[3] that is governed by a committee responsible for the provision of certain services to the community.[4] The chair of the LSD committee is Leslie Ivany.[3]
