Kandla-Gorakhpur LPG pipeline (KGPL) is agas pipeline project under construction in India. It has a total length of 2,805 kilometres (1,743 mi),[3] stretching from theKandla port ofGujarat to the city ofGorakhpur inUttar Pradesh viaMadhya Pradesh. It is estimated that the project will cost9,000–10,000 crore.[5][1][2] It is constructed byIHB Limited, ajoint venture company comprising threepublic sector undertakings (PSUs) in India: theIndian Oil Corporation (IOCL), theHindustan Petroleum (HPCL), and theBharat Petroleum (BPCL). The pipeline connects refineries toliquefied petroleum gas (LPG)bottling plants.[6]

On 24 February 2019, thePrime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, laid the foundation stone of the pipeline at Gorakhpur.[7]
