TheJournal of the ACM (JACM) is apeer-reviewedscientific journal coveringcomputer science in general, especially theoretical aspects. It is an official journal of theAssociation for Computing Machinery.[2] Its currenteditor-in-chief isVenkatesan Guruswami.

The journal was established in 1954[3] and "computer scientists universally hold theJournal of the ACM in high esteem".[4]
