Joseph Vincent Kulbacki (March 1, 1938 – November 26, 2012) was an American author, vintner, entrepreneur, andfootballhalfback, incollege forPurdue and inprofessional football in theAmerican Football League (AFL) for theBuffalo Bills.
Born inRidgway, Pennsylvania, on March 1, 1938, Kulbacki playedcollege football atPurdue University.Drafted in the sixteenth round of the1960 NFL draft by theWashington Redskins, he chose, instead, to play for the AFL'sBills during their first season,1960.
Kulbacki was also author ofAmerica...A Nation That's Lost Its Way, aconservative critique of modern American politics and society in the context of itsJudeo-Christian values, and paralleling the rise and fall of past civilizations, particularlyAncient Rome.[1]
Kulbacki died in 2012.[2]
