Oviedo representedJaguares XV in theSúper Liga Americana de Rugby competition in 2021.[2] He signed forPerpignan ahead of the2021–22 Top 14 season.[3]

International career

He was named in theArgentina squad for the2021 Rugby Championship.[4] He made his debut in Round 5 of the2021 Rugby Championship againstAustralia.[5]
