Jamna (Polish:Jamna,Polish pronunciation:[ˈjam.na]) is anextinctpasseriform bird from earlyOligocene deposits ofPoland. It has been concluded as afrugivore oromnivore that lived in forests and shrubs.[1] A 2024 study found it to represent abasal passeriform with no close relatives, being the sister group to all other extant passeriforms.[2]
