Isidore Mankofsky (September 22, 1931 – March 11, 2021)[2] was an Americancinematographer, and was nominated for twoEmmys.[3] He is best known for his work on films such asThe Muppet Movie (1979) andThe Jazz Singer (1980). He shot more than 200 educational movies forEncyclopædia Britannica.[4]
He died at his home in Los Angeles, California in March 2021 at the age of 89.[5]
