Hizzah (Arabic:حزّة) is aSyrianvillage located inMarkaz Rif Dimashq District,Rif Dimashq.[1] It is located inEastern Ghouta. According to theSyria Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Hizzah had a population of 9,293 in the 2004 census.[2] It is located in theKafr Batna subdistrict. Its population is composed ofSunniArabs. To its north areZamalka,Irbin andHamouriyah, to its east isSaqba, to its south isKafr Batna and to its west isEin Tarma.[1]
