Harrison Sacket Elliott (13 December 1882 – 25 June 1951) was an ordainedMethodist minister and taught atUnion Theological Seminary from 1922 to 1950. His interest in the interplay ofpsychology,group dynamics,democratic thinking, andliberal theology found expression in his leadership in theY.M.C.A.,ecumenical agencies, theReligious Education Association, andUnion Theological Seminary. Elliot was born inSt. Clairsville, Ohio.[1]
