HD 33564 b is anextrasolar planet located approximately 68light-years away in theconstellation ofCamelopardalis. This planet orbits around F6V starHD 33564. The planet has aneccentric orbit, ranging in distance from 0.737AU atperiastron to 1.497AU atapastron.

HD 33564 b is agas giant in ahabitable zone of its star. Based on a probable 10−4 fraction of the planet mass as a satellite,[1] it can have aMars-sized moon with habitable surface.[2] On the other hand, this mass can be distributed into many small satellites as well.
