Gmina Jeleśnia is a ruralgmina (administrative district) inŻywiec County,Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village ofJeleśnia, which lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) south-east ofŻywiec and 71 km (44 mi) south of the regional capitalKatowice.
The gmina covers an area of 170.51 square kilometres (65.8 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 13,283.
