Glencoe is anunincorporated community inAlamance County, North Carolina, United States onNorth Carolina Highway 62, north-northeast of downtownBurlington.
It is located on theHaw River. Glencoe is located north ofMorgantown, and west-northwest ofCarolina, a neighboring unincorporated settlement also on the Haw River. Glencoe is also home toTextile Mill Town, andTextile Heritage Museum.
