Its developer wasFlorence Casler.^[2] It was designed in theGothic Revival architectural style byWilliam Douglas Lee, and it was completed in 1926.^[3] It has been listed on theNational Register of Historic Places since March 8, 2010.^[3] It was acquired by developerNaty Saidoff in 2012,^[4] who invested US$20 million to restore it.^[2]
