GBLD-345 is ananxiolytic drug used in scientific research, which acts as a non-selective, full-efficacypositive allosteric modulator of theGABAA receptor. It has similar effects tobenzodiazepine drugs, but is structurally distinct and so is classed as anonbenzodiazepine anxiolytic.[1]
