Gʻijduvon District (Uzbek:Gʻijduvon tumani) is adistrict ofBukhara Region inUzbekistan. The capital lies at the cityGʻijduvon.[1] It has an area of 3,840 km2 (1,480 sq mi)[2] and its population is 311,800 (2021).[3] Until 2018, when it became part ofKonimex District (Navoiy Region), the townZafarobod was part of the Gʻijduvon District.[4][5]
The district consists of 1 city (Gʻijduvon), 13urban-type settlements (Abadi,Beshtuvo,Gajdumak,Jovgari,Koʻlijabbor,Mazragan,Yuqori Rostgoʻy,Oʻzanon,Xatcha,Chagʻdari,Dodarak,Namatgaron,Yuqori Qumoq) and 14 rural communities.[1]
