Fu Nam (Chinese:富藍), formerly calledFu Yu is one of the 29 constituencies in theSai Kung District.
The constituency returns one district councillor to theSai Kung District Council, with an election every four years.
Fu Nam constituency is loosely based onFu Ning Garden,Residence Oasis andYu Ming Court inTseung Kwan O with estimated population of 16,981.[3]
