Fizzy Blood are a Britishalternative rock band fromLeeds, England, formed in 2014. The group consists of Benji Inkley, Paul Howells, Jake Greenway, Ciaran Scanlon and Tim Malkin.
Fizzy Blood have released twoExtended plays:Feast (2015) via DMF Records andSummer Of Luv (2017) via Killing Moon/Alya Records.
The band has played at major music festivals such asReading and Leeds Festivals,[2]Download Festival,[3]South by Southwest,[4] as well as touring with bands such asDead Kennedys,While She Sleeps[5] andDinosaur Pile-Up.[6] Fizzy Blood supportedSpring King in February 2018[7] in theUnited Kingdom.
In 2017, they were featured as band of the day inMetro.[8] They have also been awarded new band of the week atTeam Rock, and were a recipient of the Momentum Music Fund grant fromPRS for Music.[9]
