Fabian Sebastian Gaffke (August 5, 1913 – February 8, 1992) was an Americanright fielder who played inMajor League Baseball between1936 and1942 for theBoston Red Sox (1936–39) andCleveland Indians (1941–42). Listed at 5 ft 10 in (1.78 m), 185 lb., Gaffke batted and threwright-handed. He was born inMilwaukee, Wisconsin.

In a six-season career, Gaffke was a .227 hitter (73-for-321) with sevenhome runs and 42RBI in 129games, including 43runs, 14doubles, fourtriples, and twostolen bases.

Gaffke died in his homeland of Milwaukee, Wisconsin at age 78.
