Dysolobium is a genus offlowering plants in thelegume family,Fabaceae.[2] It belongs to the subfamilyFaboideae.[3] It includes five species native to tropical Asia, ranging from the Himalayas through Indochina to southern China, Taiwan, the Philippines, Peninsular Malaysia, and Java.[1] These plants are typicallytwining shrubs or woody vines, often found inwet tropical biomes, thriving in humid forests and along riverbanks.[4]
